I am a movie Freak. I watch a lot of movies by lot I really mean a lot. I watch all types of movies But I love watching Inspirational, Action, Sci-Fi, Mysterious movies. So i watched a movie The Billionaire. Which is also known as Top Secret: Wai Roon Pan Lan . is a Thai biographical film It is directed by Songyos Sugmakanan and stars Pachara Chirathivat, Somboonsuk Niyomsiri (aka Piak Poster) and Walanlak Kumsuwan. The Billionaire tells the story of Aitthipat Kulapongvanich and how he, at the age of nineteen, dropped out from university to launch a packaged fried seaweed business that is now Taokaenoi Food & Marketing and became one of Thailand’s youngest (baht) billionaires. The film was released on 20 October 2011 in Thailand.
This is a great Movie for you if you are having depression and nothing is working out for you. You are thinking about quiting everything. I will recommend watch the movie and i am sure you won’t give up anymore.
There is a lot to learn from the movie. The main character Top is about the same age of ours and how he changes his fortune. He tried out every single idea he had. All of them failed but he did not give us he kept trying and eventually he succeeded. Age 16, TOP gained 400,000 Baht monthly from playing online games. Age 17, He was willing to fail school and instead earned money from selling chestnuts for 2,000 baht. Age 18, His family went bankrupt and remained 40 million Baht in debt. Age 19, He released Tao Kae Noi seaweed to more than 3,000 branches at 7-Eleven. At this present, Top is a 26-year-old businessman, the owner of the bestselling seaweed in Thailand. He owns 85 percent of the market share which is equivalent to 800 million Baht a year, and has 2,000 employees in his company. The Billionaire will let you get to know Top Ittipat in details about how he turned himself from an online game addict whom always got disparaged by teachers, to a famous young billionaire.
How did he raise himself up to this position? Surely, everyone desires to get rich, yet not everyone dares to succeed like him. Find the answers that have made Top become a billionaire, while you still can.
When things go wrong, don’t go with them. There is no failure except in no longer tryingThe worst thing one can do is not to try, to be aware of what one wants and not give in to it, to spend years in silent hurt wondering if something could have materialized – never knowing So Keep Trying . Don’t lose hope the distance between success and failure is just one split second. It’s about is not giving up.
Our greatest weakness lies in giving up. The most certain way to succeed is always to try just one more time.
In our Life there are many things we do differently. We run after success sometimes we get it sometimes it remains a Dream which never came true. When running we think what we could have done to make the Dream reality. Then some of us start again and finds out the problems because of which our success remained untouched. No matter what is the individual definition of success may be, finding it can often be a challenge. Whether its career success, monetary success or something in between, most people have a certain level of accomplishment that they want to reach in their lives. There are things that every person wants to accomplish. Many of the successful peoples done some basic things differently which increased their productivity and made them who they are now. So here are the things I do differently which might be helpful for you and can change the current course of action and find the success that you deserve.
When someone asks you where can I sell my website? Without even thinking twice we say Flippa! Because it’s the leading platform to sell a website or even buy a website. It connects you with the people who are looking to buy your website. There are other sites Like Freemarket, Godaddy Auction & Sedo, which are good for domains only. None of those come closer to what Flippa offers for Selling a complete website. It’s been leading the industry for a long time now. Even when the listing price of Flippa is very high ($19 for established & $9 for started websites) and they charge 10% success fee all listings that are successfully sold. But is it a Good Place to Buy a website or to Sell one!
Let me break it down to you. How to sell your website in flippa and what things to look for when buying and why Flippa the the BEST. First when you are selling a website in Flippa you have to be transparent. If you are not transparent and you are hiding information from the Buyers it will end up in a lower price than your expectation. Everyone looks for detailed info before buying a website, they do their own due-diligence before buying a website. Also you will receive a lot more bids in your listing if you provide video proof of your website revenue report and traffic details. Because faking a screenshot or making a duplicate screenshot nowadays is too easy thanks to Photoshop. Anyone can do that but how stupid do you think they are?. Most of them know the difference between a fake screenshot and a real one.
Flippa now offers Verified google analytics report adding option in your listing so you can easily verify the traffic and give the buyer more confidence to Bid on your auction. You can also verify the Adsense earning same way. So what I am trying to say here is if you add verified proofs it will make your more interested and there are some buyer who doesn’t care to bid if the traffic is not verified. Then comes the listing description of your website. Don’t sing the praises of your website to attract more bidders. Don’t claim more revenue that the site is currently making. But if your site does earn a lot of revenue and you are confused whether you should claim or not yeah you should claim and add the proofs of that. If you are claiming more than it makes and you can’t back it up with your proofs then the listing will get a bad rep.People will start commenting about why you didn’t add enough proof then other interested buyers will engage and you will lose potential buyers.
Another thing you need to make sure is making your Listing title count. Using listing title you can attract 3x views to your listing. Don’t just give the name of your Domain in the Listing title or say 30k pageviews earning $300. Make it interesting e.g : ” PR2 Eastablished Technology Blog – 30K Pageviews/mo -Earning $300/pm With Proof” this will attract more bidders to your auction.
Blogging is easy! You just buy a domain, hosting and start writing. If you can’t afford to buy a domain name you can use WordPress or BlogSpot or Tumblr and many more. I am a professional blogger. I am blogging for almost 6 years now & I have written a lot of articles in various topics. Bloggers need to work with different tools. The main priority of a blogger is writing but he also needs to know how to setup a Blog, Buying a nice domain name, Host it on a good server than install a CMS he wants to use, If you are using WordPress as CMS then install a theme and customize it accordingly, Design a logo for the Blog etc. So it seems that a blogger becomes a WordPress customization expert when working with his/her blog and also a logo designer and he is an Article writer as well. So many things he must know to start a Blog! But what I wanted to talk about is how from a Blogger I became a web designer and what difficulty I faced and how to cope up with those.
First of all the reason I wanted to be a web designer is simple I wanted to design a website in Photoshop, I saw many designers sharing their design in Social Media, Dribble, Behance and in other sites. I always wondered how they design such wonderful websites using photoshop where I can’t even design a nice logo for my Blog. So I started reading how to start web design and then came to learn that I have to know how to use all the Tools in Photoshop first. Cause if you don’t know how to use all the tools you might finish designing a website but you will suffer in the long run.
So I started looking for video tutorials on Youtube to learn all of this tools in Photoshop after surfing for a while I found this Youtube Chanel called thenewboston which is the best learning youtube channel you can find. Robert Bucky does the tutorials for the channel and he is like super cool. The describes everything so well.
You can also see other tutorials which you like also there are various Paid tutorial site like TutsPlus or Udemy.
After getting to know this tools and use them for a couple of months I started designing a website and after finishing it I was like WTF is this, this is so bad I deleted it immediately. I started surfing around the web and see other people’s designs and I had one designer friend he said take inspiration from the other peoples design and try to copy them, I said why copy i want to design a unique one. He replied if you can copy their work it will give you confidence and you will learn a lot when copying it’s like an intern period for you. So I started copying other peoples design. After one month or so I learned a lot of things but still it wasn’t good enough. So I again talked with him about this and he gave me another suggestion he asked me to design a one page website for a company and before starting the design he said take a notebook design it by your hand first, write some note there what color, what is the font size etc. So I started again and it was better this time. Everything was good, but I couldn’t align them properly I was confused what’s wrong so I downloaded a premium PSD from ThemeForest and gone through the PSD to see what’s wrong in my one. I saw they used some kind of grid I had no idea what is that so I asked in a facebook group and they gave me proper knowledge what is a grid and how to use it. After that, i again made a wireframe and my design now looked much better. I was quite happy with my progress. But still I was far behind to be a good web designer. One day I met one of my community designer friend in a conference I talked with him about this design issues of mine. He told me when designing something there are things you need to keep in mind first choosing the color combination, then what font will you use – you can’t just pick a font and use it. It has to look good, you need to design a wireframe before designing and take your time when design, he told me to do some research on Visual Hierarchy – what is F pattern, what is z pattern, spacing issues in design, Typography, using icons, etc. So it was a lot for me and I kept doing search on the web to know more about these things and finally I learned some of them. He also told me to do a lot of designs for practice and if possible take some projects and work on them. Which will improve my designs. That’s how I became a web designer from a complete noob of Photoshop who didn’t even knew how to use the tools. It’s just doesn’t matter if you don’t know anything it matters did you tried to know or not. It’s not like I am a great designer now, but I can call myself a good one at least I can now design a website.
So here are some steps you can follow based on my experience:
That’s it for today, I will update the post with some more info when I can manage some time. There are a lot more resources in the web you just have to do some search. I am not a Pro in Web Design but this are the things I faced so I wrote this post I hope you can get some help from this and if there is any mistake do let me know so I can update with for the others.
As always I got some inspiration from the movie I watched today Lord Livingston a Malayalam Movie which is about Nature and travelling, the hidden beauty of nature! So this Kuakata trip was in October 2013 just few days after the Eid ul Adha . I wasn’t sure I will go . So October 17th I woke up in the morning and i have to come to Chittagong from Feni with my family. So We got on a CNG at 10.00 AM and got home at 1 PM. I did my lunch and started browsing for information on how to go to Kuakata from Chittagong. Adnan Bhai will go from Dhaka via Launch to Barisal & Rikon vai will come to Dhaka first from Shylet and then join Adnan Bhai. I on the other hand will meet them in Barisal anyway i can. Till now i don’t how to go so on doing some research i found that there’s two way one is going to Dhaka and then via launch to Barishal or I have to go to Noakhali and then via Lunch from there but there is no time left cause the launch starts at 1 PM everyday. So i got out and gone to the Bus station to check if any of the bus goes directly to Barisal. So i went to the bus station and as it was just after the Eid there’s wasn’t many bus available. I found the the Eagle Paribahan is the only bus which goes directly to Barisal and the bus will leave at 5.30 and it’s already 4.45. So i bought the ticket with 1250 tk and ran for a rickshaw and went home. I packed my bags as fast as i could and again got on a rickshaw. But i got stuck in the Traffic jam and i paid the fare and started running. When i reached it’s already 5.35 and i couldn’t belive my luck when i saw that the bus already started but it’s also stuck on the Jam. So i got on the bus and yeah like that i was off to Kuakata! We reached Dhaka at 11.30 PM at night and then to the Feri at 2 PM. I didn’t ate anything because there was no shops open and there was a strike so the Feri we were supposed to get on won’t start. I was a little scared as the cell battery died and i couldn’t contact anyone. Also there was one more family with me in the bus and rest was empty. I was thinking what if there are not passengers what if they kidnap me and all and thinking all about these i don’t know when i fell asleep.
October 18th 2003:
So when i got up at 7 AM in the morning i saw that we are on the Feri and it just started. I did my breakfast then and we reached Barisal at 11 AM . Then i borrowed the mobile of the bus conductor and called Adnan Bhai who was waiting for me. So i met adnan bhaia and rikon bhaia and ate in a hotel. They reached at 8 AM in the morning. Then we couldn’t find any bus which was going to Kuakata cause most of the them were full because of Eid. People were going there to have fun. Then when we did find a bus there was only seat in the Roof. So we got up and it was just splendid. The view from there, the breeze, It was refreshing and along with us there was a group of Bauls who had Dhol and all that. We again had to change the bus and got on a Micro and then again another bus which crossed like 3-4 Feri and then at 4 PM we reached our destination Kuakata. For me it was a continuous tour of 23 hours. I was so tired that i couldn’t even walk. So adnan Bhai booked a hotel close to the beach and we got refreshed & as we didn’t ate anything we were really hungry. So we went to a small hotel to have some tea! Then adnan Bhai told me that there’s a place little far from the market where they fry the Crabs, Shrimp & other fishes you choose instantly. One more thing i forgot to tell you that the mass medium of moving around in Kuakata is Motor Bike. So we hired 2 motor bikes and to go there and have our Dinner. We along with our driver went there which took us around 30-40 minutes and if you go to Kuakata be sure you don’t miss it. The bike ride beside the beach is another awesome experience in itself! The bike will be going fast and the breeze will blow your hair and you will feel a little cold and listen to the roar of the Mighty Sea. Waves will come roaring and go pass under the bike wheels. When we reached there i got to know that it’s actually a Majhi Para or you can say the people who does fishing in the sea lives here. So after reaching there we chose the fishes ( Hilsha/Ilish , Koral ) we want to eat along with some crabs and Shrimp. They started cooking them for us and when it was ready we were really hungry and let me tell you this was one of the best Dinner of my Life! They felt really fresh and the way they cooked it that’s something else. After finishing our dinner we returned to our hotel and had we were so tired that just after laying for sometime in the bed we fall asleep.
October 19th 2003: So today is the 2nd day in Kuakata. Today we will be going to the Majhi Para again to have our lunch there and then we will be going to FatrarBan. Which will take around 20 – 30 minutes via boat. We ordered them to make our lunch ready and we started for Fatrarban. After reaching there we saw some small red crabs roaming here and there. Fatrarban is actually a small island forest on the sea. Then we went inside the forest and we will come through the other side of the forest where our boat will be waiting for us. We didn’t realize that this 20 minutes road will be so rough and tough. It was all mud and watered because of the rain yesterday that we barely could walk without half of our legs going inside the mud and we could feel some of the crabs running just under our foot. It was really tough but i loved it anyway. The greenish nature was outstanding. Then we got on our boat again and started exploring the sea side. We saw few trival villages there. On our way back to the beach we found some fisherman doing fishing on their boat.
Travelling is a part of my life. We are in this world for a while eventually we will die. But the world is a magical place where so much is hidden. Our eyes seek to see those places. The beauty of nature, living the lives of other people, their culture, they struggle it makes us see the difference between them and us. It turns us into a Storyteller. We make new friends. Travelling is not how many miles you travel it’s how much you learn from those and how many friends you make. You get to know you are just a little part of this world!
So I enjoy travelling. I try to travel places as much as I can. I travel to escape from the busy life, to have some alone time with friends, to cheer with them, get to know new people & make some new friends. Blend in their culture, enjoy their festivals with them. There are many places I want to travel.I don’t have enough money now and I have some responsibilities I have to fulfill so in the future when I can I will go there. Spain, Germany, and so many other places maybe one day I will share what’s on my list with you guys.
Today I will share the story of my recent visit to NijhumDip. First, let me give you some info on the island. It is a small island under Hatiya Upazila. It is situated in Noakhali District in Bangladesh. Once it was called Char Osmani . The population of Nijhum Dwip in 2001 was 15,670. Their main occupations are cultivation, fishing and livestock farming. The island produces vegetables.
DAY1: There are only 2-3 hotels available. Also, there is no electricity so they use solar energy and when travelers come they use generators. There is a Bazzar which awakens at night. These bazaars are the only places in the islands to have electricity from generators. The best time to visit NijhumDip is during Winter. You get to see a lot of Migratory Birds that time and also you don’t have to suffer from the heat. As you know the temperature of Bangladesh during summer over 35-40. If you go in winter you won’t feel it too much. First, we started our journey from Chittagong BRTC at 9 .30 PM in Resala. After 7 hours of Journey, we reached Chairman Ghat. From here we have to go to Hatiya by Sea Truck or Boat. Which will take us to Karmuddi Ghat Hatiya. So we bought tickets and the Sea Truck started at 7.00 AM. In the meantime, we finished our Breakfast in the Hotels around. So after starting the journey by Sea truck, we started playing 29 Cards in our seat. But after a while, the view from the boat was so good that we stopped playing and gone outside to enjoy the view. By the riverside, there was a green field it was so good one of my friend quoted that let’s play Football there. Seriously I never saw such good field in Bangladesh. Then we reached Hatiya around 10 AM. From there we hired MotorCycles Which will take us to Moktar Ghat. Then we started our bike Journey from there. The bike was going so fast I had to wear my Sun Glass to keep my eyes open. This bike journey was speechless. The roadside trees were saving us from the Mighty Sun. And the roads were newly made so it was smooth. The island Hatiya was just a sea of Green. I also loved to see that it is developing I saw a lot of Schools, Colleges there and the students were attending in large numbers. I just loved the 2 hours we spent on that bike.
Then we reached Moktar Ghat at 1 PM. Then we had to hire a Boat and After 30 minutes of the boat ride, we reached the mainland of NijhumDip.
Then again there was a Bike Journey of 15 Minutes to get us into the main part of NijhumDip where the hotels are. This 15 minutes ride is another thrilling experience. You will start to see the forest beside the road on one side and the other side is the sea. Though the waves are small still it’s nice. So we stayed in a Hotel of Bangladesh Parjatan Corporation named Obokash. After booking the Hotel, we came to the Local Bazar and finished our lunch. Then we all headed back to the hotel and I was tired and slept for some time. In the evening, we all go out to Enjoy the Sea Beach. We felt the high wind and started walking from one end to the other. Then after a while, we saw a Boat which was anchored. So we all enjoyed the view of Sunset from there and we started singing together all the songs we knew. It was an amazing experience.
We came back to the hotel we had a little gossip about the life, some horror stories and then we finished out Dinner and again back to the beach. This time we shared stories and then no more talks just silence and feeling the winds and thinking about the life. No sound and that’s everyone was having their own moment which we can’t have in our City life. Which is always busy no one has time to think about just work and follow the routine.
After 2 hours, we came back to the hotel. I had a wonderful sleep after a long time.
Day 2 :
Today I got up early in the Morning. It was refreshing and the air was clean. Just the perfect start in the morning. I heard one of my friend saying let’s go see Deers. They come by the river at this time of the morning. So I got up and left the hotel with my camera. But sorry to say no they were long gone. So we took some photos there and headed back to Hotel. Then we finished our breakfast and started the search for Deers in the deepest forest. The cloud was threatening us but who cares we are Heroes of today nothing can send us back from finding Deers today. After a while a there was a lot of winds and thunderstorms in the forest and I had to use my Tshirt to cover the camera from rain. But it was a wonderful moment the air was so refreshing and we were walking in the forest. Also, we were walking too slowly that the deer can’t hear we are here or they will run away. But after all the cautions we couldn’t find any deer. So we headed back to the hotel. I have some problem with my head maybe some kind of migraine problem. I can’t get wet in the rain it gives me a headache. So I stayed in the hotel and my friends went back to the beach and played Football.
Then we finished our lunch and there was a Pond in the back of our Hotel we went there finished our bath and also did some swimming. After some rest in the hotel, we went back again to another part of the Forest to find the Deers. This is the last day we must have to find deer cause they are the reasons we are here. With a lot of hope, we started finding a small child was with us to show us the way. After a lot of hard work, we actually found a Deer but it was a far away from us and we just had a glimpse of it. So we were heading back to the side of a pond and the child was saying that the Deers will come to this pond for drinking water. So we stayed there for a while but nothing came by and we headed back. When we were going back the bike driver said did you saw the Deers? I said no not clearly, He said wait you can see them here and he started to move the Headlight of the bike towards the Forest and I was surprised there were a lot of Deers. At last, I saw the deer of NijhumDip. In the night, we finished our dinner and came back to the beach. We started singing, gossiping and had a lot of fun.
Day 3: Today we will leave NijhumDip. But this time not by Road we will be back by a small ship from Hatiya. So we started again by Bike then boat then again bike. Then again boat and we were just going to miss the Ship. We got on the Ship and it was another awesome journey. First few hours I was really worried it was raining heavily and all I was thinking about KalBoishakhi. Later I thought if I die I will die happily. So I came back to the deck and started having fun with my friends and this was an amazing journey. There were a lot of winds which was trying to take us with it. We saw a view of Naval Port which we have never seen before cause this time it was from the sea and normally we used to see it from the roads and towards the sea. Then the whole city from the Ship it was a wonderful experience
